2600 Touring Spider

The 2600 Touring Spider was introduced to the public in 1963. As the name suggests, the convertible was built by Alfa Romeo in collaboration with Carrozzeria Touring. The 2.6 liter 6 cylinder was equipped with 3 carburettors for the Spider and delivered 145 hp.

According to the previous, long-term owner, the example in our collection is the car that was delivered to the French Alfa Romeo importer and that appeared at the Salon d'Automobiles in Paris in 1963. Some time later the car was delivered to the last owner, who had his own Alfa Romeo dealership and always maintained the 2600 himself. The vehicle has never been completely restored, but has had recent engine maintenance and a rust prevention treatment. A beautiful and mainly authentic 2600 Touring Spider, a nice addition to our selection!

Der 2600 Touring Spider wurde 1963 an der Öffentlichkeit vorgestellt. Wie der Name schon sagt, wurde das Cabrio von Alfa Romeo in Zusammenarbeit mit der Carrozzeria Touring gebaut. Der 2,6-Liter-Sechszylinder war für den Spider mit 3 Vergasern ausgestattet und leistete 145 PS.

Nach Angaben des langjährigen Vorbesitzers handelt es sich bei dem Exemplar in unserer Sammlung um das Auto, das an den Französischen Alfa Romeo-Importeur geliefert wurde und 1963 auf dem Salon d'Automobiles in Paris erschien. Einige Zeit später wurde das Auto an den letzten Besitzer ausgeliefert, der ein eigenes Alfa Romeo Autohaus inklusive Werkstatt hatte und den 2600 stets selbst pflegte. Das Fahrzeug wurde nie voll restauriert, erhielt jedoch kürzlich eine Motorwartung und eine Rostschutzbehandlung. Ein wunderschöner und größtenteils authentischer 2600 Touring Spider, eine schöne Ergänzung zu unserer Auswahl!
